2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp roasted rice powder

1-2 Thai bird chilies, finely chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

In a pan over medium heat, cook the minced meat until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Once cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
