Grab a generous handful of raisins, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
Put the raisins and seeds into a food processor and blend until you have a paste.
For the second recipe, use dried dates (make sure they are stoned) and the juice and zest of a lime.
Add a handful of cashew nuts and a handful of almonds to the food processor with the dates and blend until you have a paste.
For the third recipe, use dried prunes and add porridge oats and a tablespoon of chia seeds.
Add runny honey to the mixture and blend until you have a paste.
Once blended, take the mixture and press it into a container lined with cling film.
Toast some sesame seeds in a pan and press them into the top of the mixture in the container.
For the lime and coconut mixture, roll small portions between your hands, using a bowl of water to dampen your hands if needed.
Toss the rolled portions in unsweetened desiccated coconut until coated.
For the sticky oat mixture, add roughly chopped pistachio nuts, chopped unsweetened dried mango, and dark chocolate (75% cocoa or above).
Press the mixture into a tray and refrigerate until set before cutting into squares.
