Today, it is a staple at gatherings and holidays, with variations found in Australia and beyond, showcasing a delightful balance of textures and flavors.

Gradually add sugar a couple of tablespoons at a time until fully dissolved and glossy.
Add cornstarch and mix on low to avoid spraying.
Add vanilla, vinegar, and hot water, then mix until combined.
Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle with a slight dip in the center.
Preheat the oven to 110°C (230°F) and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Let the Pavlova cool completely in the oven without taking it out.
Decorate with whipped cream and fruits like kiwi and blueberries, then dust with icing sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
