Boil 2 litres of whole milk and 600 ml of water in a large pan.

In a bowl, mix 6 teaspoons of sunflower oil with 2 beaten eggs.

Add 75 grams of pistachio dessert mix and 75 grams of saffron dessert mix to the bowl and mix until pasty.

Once the milk and water mixture is boiling, add 1/4 teaspoon of cooking salt and 120 grams of sugar, mixing well.

Shape the ras malai mixture into small balls and add them directly to the boiling milk mixture.

Boil the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Check the consistency and sweetness, adjusting if necessary, then remove from heat.

Chill the mixture in the fridge before serving.
