Heat a pan and add 800 grams of milk to it.
Chop the red carrots into small pieces and transfer them to a mixer jar with some milk.
Add half of the sugar (75 grams) to the carrot mixture and blend until smooth.
In a separate pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of ghee and add the carrot paste to it, cooking until it thickens.
Add crushed cardamom and saffron to the milk in another pan and check the carrot mixture occasionally.
Add the remaining sugar (75 grams) to the milk mixture and mix well.
In the carrot mixture, add mawa and semolina, mixing thoroughly and cooking until the semolina is set and fluffy.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool before shaping into balls.
Shape the mixture into balls and place them in the milk mixture to soak before serving.
