2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp seasoning granules
4 tsps soy sauce
1 egg
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sesame oil
50 pcs medium wonton wrappers
4 heads garlic
250 grms spicy chili (labuyo)
400 ml cooking oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

Combine ground pork, ground pork's fat, salt, baking soda mixture, half-cooked carrots, chopped shrimp, chopped spring onion, ground pepper, brown sugar, seasoning granules, soy sauce, egg, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, spoon a portion of the filling into the center.
