Take a lumpia wrapper and place a spoonful of filling near one corner.
Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve with sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping.
