½ cup of ground crayfish
2 tablespoons of onion powder
1 orange bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup red oil
½ Maggi cube
½ teaspoon of garlic
½ teaspoon of Slap Ya Mama seasoning
1 tablespoon of hot pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of stew spice

Boil the rice with 2 cubes of maggi, 1 tbs salt, bay leaves, 1 tbs curry powder, and 1 tsp rosemary leaves until cooked.

Prepare the rice sauce by heating 1/3 cup of red oil in a pan, then adding 1 medium onion, bell pepper paste, and tomato paste.

Add 2 maggi cubes, 3 medium-sized habanero peppers, ½ cup of ground crayfish, and 2 tablespoons of onion powder to the rice sauce.

Incorporate one orange bell pepper and one red bell pepper into the sauce, adding green pepper if desired for color.

For the curried goat, heat 1/4 cup of red oil and blend red bell pepper with hot pepper.

Mix the spice mixture of 1 tablespoon of curry, ½ Maggi cube, ½ teaspoon of garlic, ½ teaspoon of Slap Ya Mama seasoning, 1 tablespoon of hot pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of stew spice (optional) into the goat meat.
