1 tbl spoon Rice flour
2 tbl spoon Gram (besan) flour
1 tbl spoon Maida
1 tbl spoon Corn flour
Pinch of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
¾ teaspoon Coriander powder
¼ teaspoon Garam masala
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Curry leaves
Salt

Clean and prepare the mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, maida, corn flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt to create a batter.

Coat the mushrooms in the batter.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Fry the coated mushrooms until they are crispy and golden brown.

Garnish with curry leaves before serving.
