2 tsp maida
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp gram flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Oil: To Fry

Clean and wash 100 gms of mushroom and cut it into big chunks.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tsp of maida, 1 tsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of gram flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

Gradually add water to the mixture until you achieve a dripping consistency batter.

Add the chopped mushroom pieces to the batter and gently mix, ensuring not to break the pieces.

Heat sufficient oil in an iron pot. Once hot, add the mushroom pieces one by one without overcrowding.

Fry for 2 minutes on medium flame, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden brown.

Remove the fried mushrooms and serve hot.
