1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala

½ teaspoon fennel powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tbl spoon curd
salt
200 grams mushroom
oil

In a bowl, mix maida, corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper, fennel powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, curd, and salt to form a batter.

Add the mushrooms to the batter and coat them well.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the coated mushrooms into the oil and fry until they are crispy and golden brown.

Remove the fried mushrooms and drain on paper towels.
