200 gm Button Mushroom (Medium Size)
Oil for Frying
4-tbsp chopped garlic
1-tbsp chopped ginger
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp dhaniya powder
1 tbsp Roasted Jeera Powder
2.5 tbsp Corn Flour
2.5 tbsp Rice Flour (Grind Rice in Grinder and make a powder)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Curd(Dahi)
½ tbsp Lemon Juice
4-5 Whole Red Chillies
2 tbsp Green Coriander
20-25 Curry Leaves
Spring Onion (Optional)

Clean and slice the button mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, roasted jeera powder, corn flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, curd, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

Add the mushrooms to the marinade and coat them well. Let it sit for a while.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated mushrooms in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried mushrooms and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

In the same oil, add whole red chillies and curry leaves for tempering, then add the fried mushrooms back to the pan.

Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve hot.
