1/2 lb sushi-grade salmon, diced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups riced cauliflower
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
2 sheets seaweed

Thaw the salmon in the sink if you forget to thaw it overnight in the fridge.

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.

Spread extra virgin olive oil over the salmon using a basting brush.

Season the salmon with pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.

Spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking before adding the salmon.
