4 sheets nori sheets
1 avocado
1 cup carrot strips
1 cup cucumber slices
2 cups sushi rice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup yum yum sauce
