Sushi Bowl

Juice from half a lemon

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a rice cooker, combine the rinsed rice and water. Cook according to the rice cooker instructions.

In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over low until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture. Let it cool to room temperature.

In serving bowls, place a scoop of sushi rice as the base.

Top the rice with diced salmon, diced tuna, avocado slices, and cucumber.

Add pickled ginger on the side of each bowl.

Drizzle soy sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
