1 teaspoon turmeric
2 cups beef stock
2 cups water
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon Maggi
2 cups couscous
2 tablespoons oil

Blend pepper, onion, garlic, tomato, and ginger together.

Chop green beans, carrots, and bell peppers (red, yellow, and green).

Separate onion leaves from the bulb.

Fry already cooked and seasoned beef in a pan until properly fried, then set aside.

Heat oil in a different pot and fry onions for a bit.

Add curry powder, garlic, ginger, and turmeric to the fried onions.

Add steamed tomatoes to the fried onions and stir-fry for a while.
