1/4 cup avocado oil
6 pieces beef stew meat
1 cup tomato juice
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon Libyan spice mix
macarona (pasta)
1 whole chili

Chop onions very finely.

Add 1/4 cup avocado oil to a pot with the chopped onions and cook them.

Add 6 pieces of beef stew meat to the pot once the onions are cooked.

Pour in 1 cup of tomato juice.

Add boiling water to the pot.

Season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 teaspoon Libyan spice mix.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pot and cover it.
