1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 cloves
1 small piece cinnamon
12 black peppercorns
2 onions
2 tomatoes
oil for frying

Prepare the beef by cutting it into thin sheets and pounding it to flatten.

Marinate the beef with crushed ginger, garlic, vinegar, and salt. Keep aside overnight.

Stuff the marinated beef with the prepared vegetable mixture and roll tightly, securing with toothpicks or kitchen twine.

Fry the rolls in oil for a few minutes until slightly browned.

Place the rolls in a pressure cooker and cook for 4-6 whistles depending on desired doneness.
