1

Slice sirloin steak as thin as possible and transfer to a glass bowl.

2

Season the steak with 1 Maggi Cube, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, kosher salt, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce; mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

3

Heat about 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet until smoking hot.

4

Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, then remove from heat.

5

Add another tablespoon or two of vegetable oil to the skillet and sauté onions, carrots, and bell peppers until tender.

6

Remove a portion of the vegetables before adding the beef back into the pan and sauté together for about a minute.

7

Add ketchup and fresh tomatoes (if available) to the beef and vegetable mixture; mix well.

8

For a low-carb portion, sauté more onions, garlic powder, and frozen broccoli separately until just cooked.
