In modern Indian cuisine, variations of kofta can be found globally, appealing to diverse palates and dietary preferences.

Start by taking 500 grams of ground beef that has been ground in a mixer.
Add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, and green chilies to the beef.
In terms of spices, add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of garam masala, and 1 tablespoon of oil. You can also add butter if desired.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into balls to form the kofta.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Once the oil is hot, add all the kofta and deep fry until they are cooked through.
To prepare the gravy, add ginger garlic and onion paste to the same oil.
Add all the spices and cover, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the oil separates from the spices.
Add 2 medium-sized tomatoes as a puree and cover, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Once the masala is well roasted, add all the kofta to the pan.
For the gravy, add 2 cups of water, adjusting the amount as desired.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the gravy is well formed.
