Take oil in a pot and add chopped garlic and ginger to it. Saute for 2 mins.

Add chopped spring onion whites, greens, carrot, beans, capsicum, shredded cabbage and saute for a while.

Add salt and pepper to the pot. Mix well.

Pour a litre of water in the pot, cover it with a lid and cook for at least 15 mins.

Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves at the end.

Check for seasoning and add salt/pepper if required.
