Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Lime - ½ Small
Salt to taste

Add Turmeric powder, Curry powder, Tandoori masala, Pepper powder, Salt, Ginger garlic paste & Oil and mix well.

Add Lime juice.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Preheat the BBQ or Oven for 10 mins (~220°C temperature).

Cook both sides evenly with lid closed.

Tip: Brush the BBQ plate with oil before placing the meat.

For gas BBQ: First cook for 6-8mins, then turn it over & cook for 4-6mins.

Remove from BBQ & serve with fresh salad.
