Melt White chocolate and butter in a bowl over a hot pan. Set aside to cool down.

Whisk eggs and egg yolks until smooth. Carefully, add sugar one at a time and vanilla sugar.

Combine egg mixture into white chocolate mixture. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix baking powder and flour. Fold it into the wet ingredients.

Pour the batter into prepared baking pan.

Bake at 175°C for 35 minutes.

To serve, topped with Mocca Ice Cream.
