Mix together all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together oil, 2 egg yolks, vanilla extract, and whole milk until fully combined.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites a little at a time to keep the batter light and airy.
Preheat the Chef Finn digital volcano waffle maker to the crispy setting (about 4 minutes).
Pour the batter into the waffle maker through the designated hole to avoid spillage and close the lid.
Wait for the timer on the waffle maker to indicate when the waffle is done cooking (about 4 minutes).
Once done, carefully lift the waffle out using a fork and place it on a baking sheet.
Top the waffle with chocolate chips evenly across the surface.
Rip large marshmallows in half and place them over the chocolate chips until the waffle is fully covered.
Broil the topped waffle in the oven for about 20 to 30 seconds until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Remove the waffle from the oven and top with crumbled graham crackers before serving.
