Heat lots of olive oil in a pan.

Add 100 grams of chopped onion and sauté until a little bit soft.

Add chopped celery and stir.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, then cook until the mixture is almost cooked.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before blending.

Prepare boiling water for the pasta, adding olive oil and a little salt for taste.

Once the water is boiling, add spaghetti and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

After the pasta is cooked, remove it from the boiling water and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil and add chopped garlic for flavor.

Add the prepared tomato sauce to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.

Add oregano and basil to the pasta and sauce mixture.

Serve the pasta with sauce on top, garnishing with basil and Parmesan cheese.
