Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Harvest the flesh of an overripe avocado.
Mash the avocado flesh with a spoon or fork until properly pureed.
Transfer the mashed avocado into a pan and spread it out.
Leave the pan in the sun until the greenish fresh parts of the avocado disappear.
Transfer the dried avocado flesh into a bowl and add oil (coconut oil, olive oil, or vegetable oil).
Heat the mixture in a microwave for 30 seconds or more to help release the oil.
Transfer the avocado flesh into a sieve and squeeze to extract the avocado oil.
In a bowl, add some aloe vera gel (not fresh) and a few tablespoons of the extracted avocado oil.
Mix the aloe vera gel and avocado oil together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and store in a cool place for use on skin.
