1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 piece thyme
1 pepper
1 white onion
1 spring onion
1 medium carrot
2 cloves garlic

1 piece jerk chicken

Heat a medium pot for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the pot.

Break up the thyme and add it to the pot.

Crush the garlic and add it to the pot.

Cut the carrot into small pieces and add it to the pot.

Cut the white onion into quarters and add it to the pot.

Cut the spring onion and add it to the pot.

Stir the ingredients in the pot.

Add a piece of jerk chicken to the pot.

Add 3 cups of water to the pot.

Add a pinch of jerk seasoning, 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning to the water.

Cook the chicken in the water to make a stock.

Add honey and ketchup to the pot.

Add a pinch of browning to the pot.

Cover the pot and let it boil for about 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes, check the sauce and add a pinch more browning if needed.

Let it boil for another 15 minutes.

Strain the sauce into a larger container.

Mix corn flour with water to thicken the sauce and add it to the strained sauce.
