Add chopped garlic to the blender.

Add about a tablespoon of pimento seeds.
Remove seeds from scotch bonnet pepper and add to the blender.
Add minced garlic or whole garlic cloves to the mix.
Pour in avocado oil to loosen the mixture.
Add brown cane sugar and a little salt (about half a teaspoon).
Add one tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
Add the juice of one whole lemon (or lime if preferred).
Add about a teaspoon of black pepper.
Blend the mixture for about 60 seconds until combined.
