Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the hot wok.

Add garlic and stir briefly.

Add 2 beaten eggs and stir quickly to break them into small pieces, cooking until almost set, then remove to a bowl.

Heat the wok again and add raw minced onion, stirring for a few seconds.
