Cut half a cabbage into pieces.
Use hot water from a kettle to steam the cabbage.
Add roughly 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a pot.
Add diced white onion to the pot.
Add 2 cloves of minced garlic to the pot.
Add 1 medium-sized green pepper, diced, to the pot.
Add 2 medium-sized diced tomatoes to the pot.
Add 2 medium-sized spring onions, chopped, to the pot.
Add broccoli to the pot.
Sprinkle in paprika and turmeric powder.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Cover the pot to let the ingredients cook and steam together.
