1 lb conch, cleaned and chopped
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 green onions, chopped

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2

Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.

3

Stir in the chopped conch and cook for about 5 minutes until it starts to brown.

4

Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

5

Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a simmer.

6

Cover the pot and let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7

After 30 minutes, check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a little more water.

Once the conch is tender, remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.

9

Serve hot with rice or bread.
