Add a little bit of vegetable oil to a pan and allow it to heat up.
Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and finely chopped garlic, sautéing until fragrant on low heat.
Add sliced carrots to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes, keeping them crunchy.
Next, add the sliced red, yellow, and green bell peppers along with the spring onions, mixing everything together and sautéing for 1 minute.
Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and mix well with the other vegetables.
Remove the thyme leaves from the stalk and add them to the mixture, mixing everything together well.
Season the vegetables with black pepper, white pepper, and aromat, mixing well again.
Add a little bit of butter to the pan and mix everything together for extra flavor.
Cover the pan and allow the cabbage to steam for 2 minutes on low heat, keeping the vegetables crunchy.
