200 Gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1 Tbsp Oil
Coriander Leaves

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until onions are golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.

Add the cubed potatoes and stir to coat them with the spices.

Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Add the paneer cubes and garam masala; gently mix to combine.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to warm through.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
