1 lb lamb liver

2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup onions, chopped
2 cups meat broth
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped

Cut potatoes into small cubes.

Chop bacon and onion finely.

In a cauldron, melt fat from the fat.
