1 medium onion

2 medium potatoes
4 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup parsley
8 oz noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup cilantro

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
