Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Prepare the filling by mixing tvorog, sugar, cornstarch, egg, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 170-180°C (338-356°F).
Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape each into a round bun.
Flatten each bun slightly and create a well in the center.
Fill each well with the tvorog mixture.
Brush the edges of the buns with egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
