1

Grease a baking tin with oil and line it with butter paper.

2

In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup oil, and mix well with a whisk.

3

Place a sieve over the bowl and add 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.

4

Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix well.

5

Add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to the mixture.

6

Gradually add 1 cup water to the mixture while mixing in one direction until a smooth batter forms.

7

Pour the batter into the greased baking tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

8

Sprinkle white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, flax seeds, and watermelon seeds on top of the batter.

9

Preheat a kadai (wok) for 5 minutes, then place a stand inside it and set the baking tin on top.

10

Cover the kadai with a lid and bake on low flame for 40-45 minutes.

11

Check if the bread is done by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's ready.

12

Turn off the gas and remove the baking tin from the kadai, placing it on a cooling rack.

13

Use a knife to loosen the edges of the bread from the tin and carefully demold it.

14

Brush the top of the bread with ghee or butter to keep it soft as it cools.

15

Cover the bread with a kitchen towel and let it cool completely before slicing.

16

Use a serrated bread knife to slice the cooled bread.
