Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Gently deflate the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface.
Divide the dough into three equal pieces and shape each into a loaf.
Transfer the loaves onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the loaves and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Bake the loaves for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Cool the loaves on a wire rack before slicing.
