Melt butter in a skillet.

Add sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Mince garlic and add to the skillet.

Add 1 cup of water and cauliflower to the skillet, cover, and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Add cream cheese, black pepper, and salt to taste to the skillet with cooked cauliflower.

Blend the mixture until smooth, possibly in batches.

In the same pot, add a little butter and the blended mixture, cooking for 2 minutes.

Boil water and cook spaghetti for 7 minutes for freezing purposes.

Cool the spaghetti completely before freezing.
