1/2 cup whole milk
2 sticks unsalted butter
heavy whipping cream
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
fresh nutmeg

Start by cooking spinach in a little olive oil until it wilts down, about 5 minutes.

Remove cooked spinach and let it drain in a strainer to remove excess moisture.

In the same pan, add more olive oil and sauté mushrooms until cooked, which will take longer than the spinach.

Combine the cooked spinach and mushrooms together after cooking.

Prepare semi-fresh pasta by boiling heavily salted water and cooking the pasta for about 2 minutes.

In a separate pan, melt the unsalted butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

Add a small amount of flour (about 1/4 cup) to the butter and garlic mixture to help thicken the sauce.

Once the flour is cooked off and you smell a nutty aroma, add the whole milk to the mixture.
