Salt : 1 and half tsp ( as required)
Garlic paste :2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder:1and half tsp
Meat masala powder: 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 1and half tsp.
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
Oil : 3-4 tbsp.(olive oil is best)
Water : 450ml ( as required)
Fennel seeds : 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Green chilli :1
Cloves :2
Cinnamon stick : 1cm piece
Curry leaves: 8 (optional)

Marinate pork with turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, and salt.
