500 grams minced chicken
2 tbsp oil
1 onion thinly diced
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 garlic cloves minced
200 grams canned water chestnuts chopped thinly
2 carrots thinly diced
6 shiitake mushroom thinly diced
iceberg lettuce cut into cups
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
chopped peanuts
thinly sliced red chilli
thinly sliced shallots

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the minced chicken and cook until browned.

Stir in the diced onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

Add the chopped water chestnuts, diced carrots, and diced shiitake mushrooms, cooking until softened.

Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, chilli flakes, and black pepper, mixing well.

Spoon the mixture into iceberg lettuce cups.

Top with chopped peanuts, sliced red chilli, and sliced shallots.
