1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornflour

Prepare the beef mince and set aside.

Finely chop the water chestnuts, garlic, ginger, and fresh chilli.

In a pan, cook the beef mince until browned.

Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and fresh chilli to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the water chestnuts and cook for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water, sugar, and cornflour to create the sauce.

Pour the sauce into the pan and stir until the mixture thickens.

Serve the beef mixture in lettuce leaves as wraps.
