500 g chicken mince
2 cloves garlic
150 g mushrooms
125 g bean sprouts
6 spring onions
200-250 g water chestnuts
0.5 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet cherry
1-2 tbsp ginger paste

Get a frying pan and add 500 g of chicken mince.

Crush and add 2 cloves of garlic to the pan.

Cook the mixture over high heat.

Add 150 g of cut-up mushrooms to the pan.

Add 125 g of cut-up bean sprouts.

Cut and add 6 spring onions to the mixture.

Add 200 to 250 g of water chestnuts to the pan.

Pour in half a cup of hoisin sauce (or adjust to taste).

Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Add 1 tbsp of sweet cherry.

Mix everything together until well coated.

Optionally, add 1 to 2 tbsp of ginger paste.

Prepare lettuce leaves by pulling them off the head.
