half of 1 pack, firm tofu, drained and cubed
green onions, white and green part separated
6 cloves garlic, chopped
thumb-size ginger, thin strips
1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white ground pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
sesame seeds for toppings
