1

To a grinding jar add 1 cup poha, and grind to a smooth powder. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add ½ cup besan, ½ cup rice powder, salt, and ½ teaspoon baking powder. Mix well.

2

Next, pour gradually 1 cup of hot water into the bowl and mix well. Once the dough is hot enough to handle knead using your hands. (be careful not get burnt)

3

Knead the dough until smooth and add 1 tablespoon of corn flour, knead again then add 1 tablespoon of oil, and knead until to get a smooth dough.

4

Now take a small portion of dough and roll it around between the palms. Further, roll it long in between fingers giving it a kurkure shape.

5

Continue the same with the remaining dough and place it on a plate. Make more out of dough.

6

Now heat a frying pan on medium flame by adding 2 cups of oil. Deep fry kurkure sticks in hot oil by adding them one by one or together. Fry until golden and crispy.

7

Remove from oil and place it on tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Then transfer to a bowl and mix it with ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon garam masala, salt, and garlic powder.

8

Mix well and enjoy with your favorite dip. Thank you.
