1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 red onion (about 3.5 oz / 100 g)
1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
ginger

2 tomatoes (about 10.5 oz / 300 g)
2 tbsp (30 g) tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1 bell pepper

1/4 cup (40 g) walnuts
1/4 cup (40 g) prunes
1 clove of garlic (about 3 g)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise

Remove the membrane from the liver.

Marinate liver in 1 cup (250 ml) milk for 30 minutes.

Rinse 1 cup (200 g) rice and cover with water.

Cook rice for 15 minutes until tender.

Chop 1 red onion and cook in 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add ginger and garlic to the onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Chop 2 tomatoes and add to the skillet with 2 tbsp (30 g) tomato paste, salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp sugar.

Add some water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Chop 1 bell pepper and add to the mixture.

Grate the beetroots and mix with 1/4 cup (40 g) walnuts and 1/4 cup (40 g) prunes.

Add 1 clove of garlic (about 3 g), 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp mayonnaise to the beetroot mixture.
