500 gms Pork Belly (cleaned well & cut into cubes)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 no. Bay Leaf
2 nos. Cinnamon Sticks (dalchini)
1 no. Star Anise (chakra phool)
½ tsp Black Peppercorns
2 large size (200 gms) Onions (sliced)
20 nos (25 gms) Garlic - finely chopped
1 inch (15 gms) Ginger - finely chopped
1 sprig Curry Leaves
3 to 4 nos. Green Chillies - chopped
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf) - coarsely ground
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (kalimirch powder)
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Vinegar
A handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)
