In a mixing bowl, combine 4 oz cream cheese, 4 cup crab meat, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Take a wonton wrapper and wet the edges with water.
Place half a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of the wonton wrapper.
Fold the wonton wrapper over to form a flower shape, pressing the edges to seal.
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling, making at least 24 crab rangoon.
Lightly spray the filled wontons with cooking spray.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the wontons in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
While the wontons are baking, prepare the sweet chili dipping sauce by bringing 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of white vinegar to a boil.
Add 1 cup of sugar to the boiling mixture and whisk until dissolved.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 chopped red chilies.
Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes until the vinegar sharpness is gone.
