In a separate pan, add 3 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats and roast until slightly golden, then turn off the heat.

Transfer the roasted oats to a bowl and spread them out to cool completely.

Once cooled, add the roasted nuts to the bowl with oats.

Add 1/3 cup of dried cranberries, 1/2 cup of dried raisins, 1/2 cup of dried goji berries, 3/4 cup of chopped dates, and 1/2 cup of dried coconut flakes to the bowl.
